Okay well first i must say I am sorry for not being around this past week to offer my support to all you groovy people. My brother in law just grad from Air Force boot camp so the hubby and i took the dogs and drove 9 hours down to San Antonio to see him pass. We had a load of fun and it was great seeing him again BUT I must say it was hard trying to eat right during the drive there and back, plus with having the dogs with us we couldnt eat in a restaurant and had to stick with what we could get fast food style. I did pack healthy type snacks with us but made poor choices most of the time. We took my bro in law out a lot to eat since he was starved in boot camp so i did make good choices when we ate out but i still did eat more than i should of. I came home last night and found out this morning that i had gained 3 pounds! My husband, who ate more than i did and more crap, that freak actually lost weight during the trip! Doesnt that drive you crazy!? Well hubby is in the field for the rest of this week so im not going to waste the time, starting tomorrow i will be on my food program and work out plan! I just hope i can stick with it this time… lol
